On October 8th, we joined with members from South Presbyterian’s Acts of Faith Community for an evening get-together. Thirty-eight attended (pretty evenly split between the two churches) and we had a ball! Table Trivia helped us learn about each other while sampling amazing dishes and desserts brought by many. (Too many to finish off.) Laughter, hugs, prayers, and singing were interspersed with conversations and by the end of the two hours, we were all in agreement: We want to do this again!!!
So … a January potluck will be scheduled for the same location (Carmen Clark Lodge of the Brighton Town Park).
